wellness is my jam.

I became a certified health coach through Emory University in 2017 so I could elevate what was essentially a hobby into something more official. Now I work primarily with Millennial women who are successful in most areas of their lives but stuck in a rut when it comes to their overall health and wellness, helping them find the motivation to create lasting, positive change by giving them realistic, actionable plans to achieve their goals.

It’s my belief that making healthy lifestyle changes involves more than modifying your diet and exercising, though those are two pieces of the puzzle. In fact, there are a number of factors that influence your health, including:

  • Mindful awareness

  • Food

  • Exercise and movement

  • Relationships

  • Meaningful work

  • Environment

  • Conventional care

  • Complementary care

Think about it: if you’re stuck in a job you hate, how does that affect your overall wellbeing? If you have a disagreement with a family member or your significant other, does that seep into other areas of your life? All of these pieces are interconnected, whether it’s obvious or not. Health coaching can help you heighten your awareness and change your habits to become your happiest, healthiest self.
